"I don't ship maybes."
— The Mind Behind It
My first design job paid me eight thousand rupees a month and I would have done it for less. I was twenty-three, working out of a small studio in Delhi teaching Mandarin students, designing flashcards and posters for a language nobody around me spoke. I loved it.
8+ years later, the briefs are bigger and the rates make more sense, but the part I love hasn't changed. There is a specific quiet that happens when a logo finally locks into place, or when a layout that was fighting you starts behaving. I chase that quiet for a living.
Along the way I've worked at Yi Chinese, Oriana Solution, Energy Dais, Taboola, and Midnight Marketing. At Taboola my work ended up inside CNBC, Fox News, and NDTV. At Midnight I helped run the creative for 100+ client brands at once. Both jobs taught me different things about doing this at scale.
Somewhere in those years I picked up most of the tools a designer is supposed to pick up. Adobe Suite, Figma, the new AI ones. The tools matter less than people think. What matters is that creative directors started handing me whole projects and walking away, because they knew the thing would come back built right. That trust is the part of the job I am most proud of, and the part I work hardest to keep.
I went out on my own in 2024. I work mostly with founders and small teams now. The work is the work. I'm still chasing the quiet, and I am still building things people can hand over and trust will come back better than they imagined.

— The Verdict
One of the best graphic designers I have EVER worked with. The work he has done for my clients at Midnight Marketing is absolutely exceptional.
Sunil is one of the most efficient designers I have ever worked with. He provides exceptional designs that meet a VERY high standard — completed swiftly, without ever sacrificing quality.
Working with Sunil across a diverse client portfolio, he always delivers quality work that goes above and beyond — bringing creative suggestions that benefit the final product.
We've worked together for two years and I've seen him adapt to over 50 different brands and consistently produce quality work at a fast pace. He's not afraid to try new technologies.
His dedication, attention to detail and go-getter attitude allowed for some of the most insane ideas to come to life. A very notable skill is his ability to learn new things and new design principles.
Always amazes me with work that reflects creativity, original thinking, and imagination. If you have a thought and want it presented creatively, you need to get in touch with him. He will surprise you.
